Bio-Filtration at Silver Lake
Commonwealth Bio-monitoring of Indianapolis works at constructing a bio-filter on association member's property. Farmland nutrients were entering the lake. Installation will filter out the excess before it enters the main lake inlet!
The Completed bio-filter is over 1,000 square feet. For filtration there were 40 trees and shrubs (not shown) and 1,000 native plants planted!
